Our inspiration is simple:MAKE BETTER PIZZA. We do it because we love it. There is no other way. We only use the freshest ingredients, organic and locally sourced where possible. We never freeze our dough, or add salt sugar to our sauces. We always stay true to the recipes of Francesco, our Italian hero and development chef, who became the world champion of Pizza Maker. Stone made to our World Champion, Francesco’s recipe. We import the best flour from Italy and use a long fermentation method in making our dough. The result, a delicious and light, thin and crispy base; freshly made sauces and ingredient making our pizza as good as the best pizza available from Italy and without question the best in Ireland.
